McKenzie Quarnberg
McKenzie grew up in Monroe, Utah where her mother built the Elan Dance Company. It was there that she gained her love for ballet, jazz, lyrical and hip hop. As a young dancer McKenzie competed in solo competitions, and had the opportunity to perform at many venues. When Mckenzie started high school she took on her own classes as an instructor and choreographer at Elan dance company. As a freshman in high school McKenzie was a member of the 2008 state championship drill team at SSHS. After graduation she danced professionally with the Utah Blaze Arena Football League in 2012. She then moved back to Sevier County where she was an assistant coach for the Richfield High School drill team for three years while she finished her nursing degree at Snow College. During this time she had the opportunity to choreograph for local drill teams in kick and military routines. She is currently a registered nurse and full time wife and mother. McKenzie has always had a passion for dance; she loves to teach and watch her students grow.
Bonnie Church
Bonnie fell in love with dance and movement at an early age. She experienced ballet, tap, baton, acrobatics, jazz, tumbling, modern, cultural (folk) and loved them all. She took a variety of styles as a child but felt the most affinity for ballet and acrobatics. She attended Richfield High School and focused on cheer, gymnastics and lyrical, contemporary and jazz in her school’s dance club. She first began learning to do choreography in her dance classes and for pageant solos. She was Richfield High School’s Sterling Scholar in Art and included a section on dance because it did not have its own category at the time. She attended Brigham Young University where she was a member of the BYU International Folk Dancers. While attending UVU (formerly UTC), she performed the Spanish Flamenco dance she used previously to win the Miss Sevier County pageant, and went on to win first attendant in the Miss UTC scholarship pageant. She married, had three children, and is now blessed with four grandchildren.
Over the past 20 years of teaching ballet her focus and love for dance has morphed into a wider range of contemporary movement and styles. Bonnie includes and encourages creative feedback from her students. Choreography is her favorite part of teaching and she looks forward to working with her students and seeing their confidence and skills grow.
Bonnie offers technique, classical and lyrical ballet and pointe.
Shelby Fillmore
When Shelby isn’t spending time with her husband, family, or friends, she is helping coach teams at Limitless. Ever since Shelby was 3, she has been very passionate about dance. It has always been a huge part of her life whether being the dancer, the coach, the choreographer, or a guest instructor. Throughout her dance career, she has been trained in multiple genres, such as, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. Part of her love for dance is keeping up on all the new things and being able to teach them to her dancers, safely. Something new that Shelby is learning more about is Acro Dance and she is excited to start implementing this style into the Limitless company teams.
As a young dancer, Shelby danced for Elite Street Dance Co. owned by Larisa Leavitt. She was a part of 2 studio teams, 2 to 3 ballet classes, and 2 to 3 Hip Hop classes. It wasn’t uncommon for her to be in about 10 to 12 dances at our end of year recitals. In high school, while remaining at the studio, she was on the drill team. She was co-captain her Junior and Senior year. She then tried out and made the All-State Drill Team in 2008 (her Senior year), and she received 2 State Championships in 2007 and 2008. She is proud to say that she was on the drill team the very first time they took state in their schools history.
As an instructor and choreographer, her career started at the studio. Along with a fellow dancer, she helped teach and choreograph the Hip-Hop classes for a few years from middle school to high school. Since then, she has choreographed for multiple studio teams, drill teams, solos, duets and has won best choreography at multiple dance competitions.

Lauren Wood
Lauren Wood grew up in Spanish Fork Utah, selling cherries from her family's tree, cleaning houses, mowing lawns, and any other scheme she could come up with to afford first gymnastics, where she competed through level seven at the state level, and then cheerleading, where she and her high school team made town history by being the first ever to find success nationally, placing third. Lauren went on to cheer at Snow College, trailblazing there as well as part of the first team to compete at all, winning a bid to Nationals and later placing first. Snow college was also where Lauren met her husband. She went on to graduate from Utah Valley University in English and taught high school for a year before the family relocated to Monroe. Lauren is now also the proud mother of a rambunctious little boy.
Since starting at the age of fourteen, Lauren has gained over a decade of experience coaching gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading. Camryn Brown
Hi! My name is Camryn Brown and I’m delighted to be coaching tumbling at Limitless! My passion for cheer and tumbling started at the age of 5. Cheer, tumbling, and dance have been a huge part of my life. I have been on competitive cheer teams as a young girl and then have been on the RHS cheer team for the last 4 years. I am so excited for the opportunity to share my love for this sport as a coach! It makes me so happy when my tumblers master a skill after hard work. To me the most important part of being a coach is inspiring and encouraging kids to try new things. I am honored to get to know and work with these talented gymnasts here at Limitless.
